Cheers to Swig Life
Career growth and success comes in many shapes and sizes. We measure those terms of our career trajectory and the companies we dedicate ourselves to. For Swig Life, a Richmond, VA based premium hydration company, the growth has been quick, and the success well deserved.
As the company looks to expand, the team is growing, and the opportunity to jump on board is now!
Founded in 2017, Swig Lift brings all the pop and circumstance of positive energy to the drinkware industry. Tracee Mathes, Founder, CEO, and life-long entrepreneur identified a consumer group who was not being targeted by the premium hydration industry and built a thriving business around it.
A Natural Born Doer
Tracee has always had a knack for turning her dreams into realities. A mother of two boys, she has worn many hats, worked many roles, and is passionate about her ideas (which, to this day, she still says she has plenty of)!
Though there are many insulated bottles and tumblers on the market, she saw a lack of options for women with her shared taste. Tracee founded Swig Life with the intention of creating an ‘uber-insulated and ultra-cute drinkware option’ for the ‘girl on the go, the boss lady, the wife, mom, sister, friend.’
Take A Swig
Today, Swig Life has drinkware in many shapes, sizes, and patterns for all the moments in modern women’s lives. Their collection of coolers and bags are also perfect for when you’re on the go. Both pretty and practical, Swig Life’s products are designed to make your heart feel happy when using one. Not to mention, they’re an incredible gift item for all the special women in your life (but don’t worry, Swig Life also offers products for the special men in your life, too)!
Glass Half Full Mindset
The Swig Life team stands for more than just their product. This team celebrates creativity, collaboration, and certainly, positivity. Headquartered in Tracee’s hometown of Richmond, Swig Life is rooted in its core values:
We SERVE our customers, partners and each other with excellence and servant leadership.
We ask WHY before, during and after every decision with the goal of continuous improvement.
We work with INTENSITY and embrace doing difficult things with a sense of urgency and curiosity.
We are GENUINE with one another and encourage authentic communication and accountability in everything we do.
A Thirst For Growth
Tracee’s entrepreneurial spirit has her always planning for the future. While adding to their product line every six months, Swig Life is also seeking hard working members to join their ever expanding team. This company is passionate to make the lives of women easier each day.
It is our pleasure to work with the team at Swig Life as they grow and continue on their mission. We are excited to stand by their side as they represent, support, and inspire women from their position in the premium drinkware industry.

Meet Goal Five!
Efforts towards gender equality are underway, and for that, there is much to celebrate. When it comes to the world of women’s sportswear, perhaps one of the most innovative and groundbreaking teams is Goal Five. Goal Five is no ordinary athleticwear brand; it is a women’s sports performance brand that is breaking down gender barriers. It is our honor to support their inevitable growth and to join them on their journey to pursue greatness for her.
Kickoff
For Keely Wachs, Carrie Kessler, and Ann Kletz, it all began with a love for soccer. Though they each have a unique connection to the game, it was a bigger cause that brought them together. This trio bonded over their mutual refusal to ignore a blatantly obvious issue occurring in the soccer industry. Keely, Carrie, and Ann had seen and experienced enough gender inequality taking place in sports performance apparel.
With their passion for women’s equality and their profound love for the sport, in 2016, Goal Five was born.
For Her, By Her
Goal Five’s mission is to ‘understand her, push her, and empower her to even the playing field.’ To put their mission into play, they’ve designed a three-pillared approach to address inequality in the game.
Product: Goal Five believes that the gear athletes wear affects their overall performance. For years, female athletes have been dressed in apparel made for the male body. This is why Goal Five has designed their gear to specifically to meet the needs of female athletes.
Profit: Five percent of all Goal Five’s profit is donated to organizations around the world whose missions are to introduce young women to the game of soccer and use the sport as a vehicle for social change. You can read more about these organizations here.
Platform: Goal Five has designed a platform to address women’s equality. They believe that by providing women and girls, regardless of race or socio-economic status, with the means to perform their best, they become confident leaders, both on and off the field.
“I’ll never stop fighting so that someday all girls get the gift—and the right— of soccer and equal status in society. For me, there is no better place from which to fight than Goal Five.”
Further than the Field
Goal Five’s mission to level the playing field for women extends much further than sports. By kicking gender inequality from the game, Goal Five is destined to make a difference in women’s equality throughout the world and for generations to come.
Join the Goal Five Team!
In the words of Goal Five, ‘getting more girls into the game takes a team.’ Largely based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland, Goal Five is seeking motivated leaders who share a passion for their mission: to elevate women in sports and in society.
A relatively young company, Goal Five offers much opportunity for growth and leadership. If you are interested in learning more about opportunities with the Goal Five team, click here.
We are excited to join Goal Five on this journey and are thrilled to watch them as they implement real change.
