We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Merchandising – Rugs to join a growing home furnishings business and help shape the future of its rug category!

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong eye for home design, loves discovering new products, and knows how to turn trends and customer insights into smart merchandising decisions. You’ll lead assortment strategy, build vendor relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow the business.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone with a background in home furnishings or home décor. Direct rug experience is a plus, but not required.
