We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Global Supply Analyst for our client, Manduka, to support the development and operations teams in areas related to commercialization of their legendary PRO Mat, yoga towels, men's and women's apparel and/or other products intrinsic to the successful running of the organization. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Operations and, in parallel, be an active resource supporting the Product teams within Manduka.
The Global Supply Analyst builds and leverages strong working relationships within the operation and product teams to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. They work to achieve maximum advantage for Manduka and customers. Manduka is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact directly with product and operations leadership to solve product/supply chain issues
Communicate directly with vendors on ship schedules and delivery status
Work with planning to communicate vendor requests or changes to delivery dates
NetSuite Data Management: Ongoing maintenance of price updates, styles changes, packing requirements, and Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP system
Style set up and UPC creation: Coordinate with product teams regarding line plans and cost sheets, own the style creation process from start to finish including but not limited to import to/from NetSuite, and ensure data entered is consistent across all regions
Review, scan, and approve barcode/UPC labels from vendors
Collect and analyze data reflecting supply chain key performance indicator (KPI) activities: operations, demand and supply planning, warehousing, and distribution/transportation
As requested, assemble information to complete bid recap worksheets, analyze datasets and compile associated information
Continuously build manufacturing expertise and commodity knowledge
Identify potential suppliers and analyze supplier capabilities to support cost reduction opportunities.
General knowledge of analysis and model building techniques
General knowledge of product development processes
General knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Ability to build visualization (graphing in Excel) with data/reporting; Tableau a bonus
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, in a technical field preferred
At least two (2) years’ experience in textile, tech, or consumer goods Supply Chain
Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Advanced excel skills is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details
Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus
