Inside Sales Representative : Full-Time : Los Angeles

The Yoga Studio Inside Sales Representative must thrive in a high paced environment and enjoys working with Yoga Studio owners.  The Sales Rep. will play a fundamental role in achieving our sales goals and growth objectives and must be comfortable talking to perspective customers both on phone and via email, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. 

 The role is located in the El Segundo, CA offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts, identify potential opportunities and generate interest
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the practice of yoga and the Manduka product line and translate that into an understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Achieve quarterly goals

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Passion for yoga
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent a plus
  • Track record of over-achieving goals
  • Strong phone presence and experience making a set amount of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, NetSuite or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Outgoing personality, comfortable talking to all type of customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
