Sales Operations Associate : El Segundo, CA : Full-time

Our client at Manduka is looking for Sales Operations Associate to support the Specialty/eTail Sales team, providing sales operations and customer services support for a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while playing a fundamental role in achieving the team’s sales goals and growth objectives.

The Sales Operations Associate must be confident and comfortable communicating directly to customers and also work well independently and cross-departmentally within the company. Being a self-starter who has an attention for detail, with a positive attitude and having a passion for the yoga or fitness space is also important.

The position reports directly into the Sales Director, Specialty/eTail, and is based in our El Segundo offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and management including SPS Commerce customer setup and integration
  • Maintain a clean order book
  • Work with the logistics & warehouse team to ensure orders get out on time
  • Work with demand planning team to ensure orders are in sync with inventory flow
  • Ensure compliance with each customer’s vendor manual/guide
  • Manage customer returns
  • SKU setup sheets for stores and .com
  • Etail account support including images, digital content, brand presentation and MAP
  • Qualifying, onboarding and managing small leads
  • B2B account setup and management
  • Fully cross-trained on all processes as a back-up to 1st sales ops/customer care rep
  • Support sales team by pulling sales reports

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years’ customer care experience for wholesale
  • 2 or more years’ experience in a sales operations position
  • Experience working with orders via EDI
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, transparent
  • Experience working with NetSuite or similar CRM preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work well independently as well as cross-departmentally
  • Be highly organized with superb attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong judgment
  • Experience and continuous desire for process improvement
  • Able to demonstrate "care" in everything you do
  • Passion for the yoga/fitness space or sustainability
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
