Paid Search Marketing Specialist : New York, NY : Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paid marketing specialist to take their career to the next level with a fast-growing online fashion retailer. The paid marketing specialist will have the perfect balance of working with management on strategy and being (mostly) autonomous on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the paid search & social programs
  • Partner with the agency to manage the display program
  • Develop baseline reporting for the paid media programs (Search, Social & Display)
  • Support management in building a growth/ success plan for the paid media programs
  • Monitor competitive efforts to identify opportunities and any catch any bidding violations
  • Partner with various internal teams as required
  • Stay abreast of the latest tools, trends and strategies in paid media specifically those that could impact their web business

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate marketer with a 2-3 yrs of paid media experience preferably in a fashion retail environment
  • BS/ BA (or equivalent) degree holder
  • Certified user of Adwords and Bing PPC platforms. Experience with a PPC management tool a plus
  • Experience using self-service DSPs such as TradeDesk
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
  • Creative thinker with creative skills (HTML, Image Editing etc.) is a plus
