Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager : Palo Alto, CA : Full Time

The eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will manage the overall eCommerce business for our client, a luxury women's apparel brand. The Manager will be responsible for merchandising, analytics, marketing, partner relations, product development and day-to-day site operations. The Manager will collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, Operations & Logistics, Customer Service and the Business Owner to create a best-in-class experience online and in stores.

Job Description:
-Develop and manage a comprehensive online strategy to improve Sales, UX, marketing ROI and customer satisfaction.
-Responsible for content management, conversion optimization and technical deployments.
-Manage e-newsletters and other email marketing activities.
-Lead execution of site refreshes and marketing initiatives. Ensure proper tagging of marketing initiatives to measure, analyze and report key business metrics to senior management.
-Identify key business opportunities and initiate strategic enhancements/upgrades of systems. Lead implementation and project management.
-Manage third-party vendors and agencies to successfully improve the shopping experience and drive new traffic to the site.
-Responsible for improving customer service and engagement.
-Monitor site performance and ensure operational functionality of site. Support senior management with data and reporting from Google.

Qualifications:
-Must have a proven track record of at least 4-6 years in ecommerce with first-hand experience in site analytics and merchandising (preferably in fashion)
-Strong understanding of Magento, Lightspeed, and Salesforce.
-Proven leadership and management skills. Must have experience building and managing a cohesive team.
-Exceptional planning and organizational skills to lead the implementation of new site features and functionality in partnership with cross-functional teams and/or third-party partners.
-In-depth knowledge of digital advertising including ROI and campaign management.
-Ability to communicate technical ideas and process in a simplified manner.
-Must stay on top of digital trends, competitors, and industry best-practices.
