We are looking for an Account Coordinator to supervise our client’s freelancers and Nordstrom Ad Tech team in 4 point of sales.
To be successful in this role, you are an expert in skincare, you are able to build and maintain relationships with retail and brand staff and have proven success management experience. Ultimately, you will help achieve your team sales goals while promoting our skin care products to clients.
· Oversee client presence and business in each Nordstrom
· Assist with the recruiting and hiring of beauty advisors in each store.
· Organize and Manage in-store events
· Manage Nordstrom promotional calendar across multiple doors. Ensure communication to the staff and implementation of the promotion with GWPs
· Conduct monthly training to Nordstrom Ad Tech Managers and freelancers
· Mentor and coach Nordstrom Ad Tech Managers and freelancers on performance, service behaviors and manage incentives.
· Engage with clients and recommend our products through demonstrations and applications.
· Draw recommendation to the US Affiliate on business opportunities and product launches
