Retail Sales Associates : Palo Alto, CA : Temporary

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates / Brand Ambassadors for our client in Palo Alto, CA. They are a luxury women's brand. The temporary / Seasonal role is 6 months and will begin in November. We are looking for people who understand that exceptional customer service is the key to creating a memorable retail experience. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated team players who want to go above and beyond for the customer. The ideal candidate views strong team culture, teamwork and proactivity as essential components for successful execution of tasks. All employees must be passionate about fashion and our philosophy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide excellent personalized customer service to all customers in the store

  • Successfully educate customers on product quality, design, style and special materials

  • Contribute to the daily sales targets and store goals

  • Become a brand ambassador by quickly developing a deep understanding of all products, collections and story

  • Arrange & upkeep the store in order to maintain the integrity of all merchandising displays

  • Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking

  • Assist with events while working with operations, customer experience and marketing teams

  • Work cross-departmentally to support initiatives

  • Receive and process stock transfers. Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of stockroom

  • Help customers with purchases, returns, exchanges

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Weekend availability required

  • Flexible working schedules - weekends, events, evenings, etc

  • Retail experience preferred, 6 months - 1 year experience in any industry

  • Genuine concern and care for attention to detail

  • Ability to carry boxes 25-30lbs for stock transfers

  • Can bend, reach, lift and move stock and products
